"It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us."

Room was like a green house and when I asked for a fan, they never brought one as they said it would be put in my room for when I returned, key card would not work so had to go to reception twice to sort it. "Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early."

"The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine."

Rooms are a bit dated, had a tiny single bed, but it was OK. No lift; stairs only. You open 3 locked doors to enter the room, so it is quite secure. Avoid rooms on the east side of the hotel if you will be there on a friday or saturday night as the adjacent club has loud sing-along karaoke. No lobby, just a window to check in, but otherwise the stafff...
