"It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us."

"Room no air conditioning, and no sparkling water, just two bottles of still and not put in fridge, bedside phone for calling reception did not work plus no instruction on how to achieve getting hold of them. Room was like a green house and when I asked for a fan, they never brought one as they said it would be put in my room for when I returned, key card would not work so had to go to reception twice to sort it. Shower was lethal as could not regulate water the base of the shower was so hot,...

"Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early."

"I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....
