When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." "Service desk was courteous and check in was fast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but could've used another pillow or 2 as they are very small. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, but ask for another soap. Only got one for 2 persons to wash hands and shower. There was no breakfast items, but not a concern for us. This is a no frills hotel, but would definately stay there again if in town."
