"We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter, amidst many stores and restaurants. We walked to the lake multiple times, and stopped to look at many souvenir shops. A very lively area to explore. The hotel staff are the most courteous and welcoming that I’ve come across. The breakfast had many choices and all served very well. Our room had 2 windows, but one faced a wall and the other one was very small, so there wasn’t much natural light. We had a great time...

"The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the old quarter of Hanoi. The beds and pillows are top quality and comfortable. The room (family, 3 bed) was spacious with plenty of storage space. The 'city view' consisted of the side of a building which was a bit disappointing but since we didn't spend very much time in the room this was fine. We prefer to eat a late breakfast and by the time we ate breakfast at around 8:45/9:00am, the cooked elements were only lukewarm, however, eggs are made to order...
