"The ceiling of the room had damage had been fixed but still looked worrisome. Air conditioner noisy, sounded like about to break. The room was small. Breakfast wish more choices but bagels were fresh. Also on the plus side, staff courteous, helpful. The common room was big, bright with TVs. Rooms were clean."

"I can probably confidently say this place is worse than any isolated middle of nowhere motel I stayed in. Peeling paint, toilet takes forever to flush, the shower knob falls off. The carpet is nasty and sticky everywhere in the hotel. breakfast was a joke. For coffee, they offered soluble coffee packet to dissolve in hot water. The whole place stinks."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. During that time, he repeatedly yelled from the back office that he was "on the phone" and "busy," and at one point told everyone,...
