"Excellent location. Steps away from national gallery and Trafalgar Square. Lots of food options. Easy to get to and from LHR by the tube (7minute walk from Leicester Square station). Room is small but the very nicely kept and very clean. Coffee shop serves some breakfast options but around the corner is a Pret a Manger which makes for extra convenience. Would definitely stay again!"

"Das Zimmer war anfangs nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend - wir hatten die WOW Kategorie gebucht, welche leider in London barrierefrei eingerichtet ist, was zwar auf der Ruby Lucy Website steht, jedoch nicht bei Expedia direkt. Das Personal vor Ort hat uns dann für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Upgrade gegeben und sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war fantastisch! "

"The staff was very gracious. Breakfast had several options. Room was comfortable and extremely quiet. My only issue was the location- at Trafagar Square- didn’t care for it as much as other parts of London."

"The room was beautiful, the bathroom was exquisite, the towels fluffy and the sheets crisp and clean. The Sanctuary was so close to the underground and also an easy walk to Big Ben and other sites. I felt totally safe in the neighborhood and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful!"

"Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet. Weighted, heavy doors made for residents banging or slamming at opening and closing of their room's doors. Location in TheatreLand area was excellent. This property is directly opposite the Duke of York Theatre. (However, road construction made taxi approaches limited by hours of construction closings. ) Walk easily to many interests. Leicester Sq Underground about 5 minute walk. Would book again because of the helpful staff. Kudos for Aldo...
