"Hotel was safe, clean, and the staff was helpful. Some age showing on the property but it appears that they are addressing things like that. Only real complaint is the property has 4 elevators and only 1 works. The hotel was full this weekend and the elevator was constantly backed up. Guests were loud and crowded at the pool but that's not the staff's fault. Pool and hot tub area were nice when crowds were lower. "

"Ate in the ep grill for supper. It was clean and staff friendly. Menu is very limited in my opinion. I got the fried chicken sandwich and was disappointed. "Everything was great but the elevator to the Lookout at the top of the Pyramid was down due to renovations. Little disappointed we weren't informed of that during the booking process. Other than that we had an awesome stay"

"Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. "
