Provided a free shuttle to get us there, welcomed us with tea and a relaxed check in. the room was ver traditional and the hot soaking pool was incredible. Very traditional japanese dinner of many course and items that was very good but a bit awkward as we had never had many of the dishes so initially were confused on what/how to eat things. Once we figured out the menu and order it became much easier."
