"I enjoyed my stay at the property. The host reached out multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The proximity to downtown was very nice. The only issues I had was cookware needed replacing and we were unable to get the fire pit working. We loved the yard space and the game room. I would stay there again."

"I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad."

Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. "It looked new. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. One thing that always tells me a lot is how well the shower and sink drains. Do they backup and you end up standing soapy water. These DID NOT and is always a positive reflection on how well everything is. The TV was easy and simple to operate. Too often I’ve found at other places I’ve stayed you need a programmers degree to make them work. My only suggestion would be the fitness are while the equipment...

"Clean room and good free breakfast. Sticker on bathroom mirror states they only clean the rooms and replace towels every two days. Nice to have Free parking too. Lots of other hotels in Austin area charge for parking. Hotel is located in a business park area which was nice and quiet too. We'd stay there again."
