"The King bed room type we booked was unavailable when we arrived. The front desk staff gave us a coupon for two complimentary drinks at the bar, but when we went to redeem them the waitress said she wasn’t sure she could honor it because the coupon was for two drinks, not one (we were a party of two) so she had to check with the beverage director. "My Wife and I went to LA for a long weekend to see a Rush Concert and attend a World Cup game. We wanted a nice room at a good price, and that is exactly what we got. Our room was clean, and had a nice king sized bed. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. This is exactly the kind of place I like staying at when I go to an event. Comfortable and clean. The staff is fantastic and took care of everything I needed. I would stay there again if I had an event at the KIA forum, LA SoFi...

"Excellent hotel, great rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. But the dining options in the hotel are extremely limited, just one cafe bar with tables. Disappointing in a hotel of such quality. And the shower was odd in that the only way to get adequate water pressure was to make the water scalding hot. I would stay there again."

"This property is immaculate and provides all the needed amenities. The fact that it's within walking distance from the LAX airport makes it a perfect location if you are traveling. I stayed one night after an all day long flight. I was absolutely relieved to find that the properties sleeping accommodations were above the rest. I managed to sleep and recuperate for the remainder of my travel. I was surprised that the location was very quiet considering the amount of traffic with travelers...
