"Great place to stay with the family. Water Park and other amenities are great. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect for Theme Park attractions. This was our 3rd time staying and will certainly be coming back."

"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin."

"The Swan Resort is a large hotel with a boutique feel, and most of the perks of a Disney Deluxe Resort. Il Mulino is a fantastic italian restaurant for a romantic dinner, and Java is necessary for a quick coffee grab on those early mornings. If you upgrade to a room with a balcony, you can enjoy clear views of fireworks and the dock to monitor when to leave for easy travel to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios."

"The hotel overall was good. I will say it is sad how you get nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING! Parking a car costs $36 a day yet they offer NO SHUTTLE to and from the airport. My friend wanted to purchase a snack and when she got to the register she said forget it. I get it, the hotel is a business, however this hotel, and 'm sure many others, have reduced hospitality to mean rip off and take advantage of people on vacation. How about we get back to the basics and STOP the greed!"

"The room was extremely noisy. The door doesn't proof any sounds. We were like sleeping in the hallway, we could hear everything outside the room."
