"This property was awful the only nice thing was the lobby and the lobby bar. Outside of that. the room was barely cleaned. the resort is ran down and the staff are barely helpful. I was charged a resort fee and didnt know it came with free amenities. I wasnt made aware until almost the end of my stay. I was charged for parking when i didn't even bring a car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

"Hotel is very old. Water pressure and staff are excellent but lighting is terrible. We had lamps but minimal fixed light fixtures so lighting is terrible. Our ceiling didnt have a single light over the bedding area. We had a pool view room that you wouldn't see the pool from unless you looked over the balcony and turned. The pool is large but limited. "This hotel was a great economical choice for those attending the parks. The bus transportation was very convenient, however we were the last ones in an empty parking lot at Epcot because the driver was more than an hour late.
