"Staff was amazing. New facilities. Limited dining options and very remote."

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."

"I and my friends stayed at Mecure Singapore on Steven for 5 nights (02 rooms), generally it was nice, infinity pool very nice, staff friendly and hotel is very clean. The only thing I would like to give my suggestion is hotel room should have Lotion! Every hotel I have been stayed: Sheraton, Grant Hyatt, Marriot in San Diego, or Fairmont in Quebec City, or even small hotel in saigon, they did all have lotion, except Mecure.... it was a bit pity. Hopefully next time when I come back, your hotel...
