"We booked the Queen Suite at Ebbtide, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was small and had a nauseous smell that never went away. I had to keep the fan on the entire stay. The bed was unbearably uncomfortable. "We loved our stay at Lincoln Sands! The staff were unbelievable, so helpful and very welcoming! The beach was an easy walk and having an outdoor pool was ideal for the kids! We loved the evening cookies!!! The room was very smelly but clean. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again!"

"Check in and Room: Showing up just after 4pm, our room was ready and cool. The person checking us in was very friendly and we enjoyed his humor. Our room was clean and a little larger than the typical 2 queen room, however there was still a towel left over from the previous tenant. "Great stay, nice and clean rooms. As described they are very dog friendly and good central location annd very welcoming. Only thing is the room needs a lil maintenance details to look its best. Would def stay again no hesitation."
