I was disappointed when arriving. I was never told that the rooms are first come first serviced. I had a reservation but upon arriving they had no room for me. I had to wait 2 hours before I got a room.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The entire property was well-maintained and welcoming. The lobby and shops were beautifully decorated for Christmas and even had a “Letters to Santa” station set up.
