"Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

"Amazing location, and Stefano and Antonio are beyond helpful! Thanks to their recommendations we ate at some fantastic restaurants and saw sites we would have missed. And then there’s their incredibly breakfasts on their rooftop terrace, well beyond any included breakfast we’ve ever had! Grazie mille!"

"IMPORTANTE: la foto del anuncio no corresponde con la realidad, el patio que sale en la primera imagen, según el propietario, el acceso al patio solo es posible si alquilas el apartamento "completo", pese a que en Expedia, te sale para 4 personas "apartamento completo". No tenéis derecho a patio si sois menos de cuatro personas. Capítulo aparte el tema de la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, no cocinamos en toda la estancia por el asco que nos dio. Un despropósito."

"L’appartement est parfait, comme sur les photos avec une terrasse privée ainsi qu’une terrasse partagée sur le toit. Celle-ci comprends chaises, chaises longues et bain tourbillon. Aussi, la cuisine avec un gros îlot était génial. L’appartement était très propre aussi. La seule chose qui nous a dérangé et qui m’empêche de mettre un 5 étoiles c’est les communications avec les propriétaires. J’ai réservé en février pour un séjour en juin. J’ai reçu une confirmation de réservation à ce moment...
