There was a blood stain on my sheets idk if they change the sheets that way or it was there my first night and I didn’t notice it staff changed my room immediately once notified the complimentary breakfast serve the same thing need more variety like different cereals and bacon and the shuttle ride to the Kansai airport kept asking for a slip like be real random people just gonna come up and take a shuttle ride to a airport you seen me come out the hotel but overall it’s an ok hotel only regret is didn’t get to try taste of Japan restaurant inside the hotel kept coming back to my hotel late

The staff was great. They knew just enough English to help us with everything we needed. The room was great! Amazingly spacious, super clean, they gave water and new towels everyday. Rental car was 1min. away. Cannot say eanough good things about this property.

The property is just out of the city area and also close to Kansai which makes it easy when it's time to fly home. They give you towels and water everyday. It's close to a couple of large malls that have multiple restaurants. The girl at the front desk (Dong) was super helpful and helped us with a late check out. I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka.

Check in was seamless. I was relieved because I checked in after10 p.m., and I was very tired. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff on the said night up to my check out. My room was comfortable and very clean.

This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi. There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price. Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door. The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you!

Cleanliness, staff and location are good about this hotel, we found out each room doesn't have AC unit after we checked in, we phoned front desk and ask them about AC, front desk replied we can open window and deliver a standing fan to our room. It was hot throughout the night.

Good hotel near to the airport with a good and reliable airport shuttle. Room was very quiet with the usual amenities you come to expect from a Japanese hotel and was opposite a large supermarket which was convenient when you just want to grab a quick bite and go to bed for that early flight out. staff are extremely helpful and allowed me to leave some of my luggage there whilst i went to the islands for a few days. very happy with my stay.
