Room was OK but felt a little cramped and worn. Not a big of the self check in, theres lots of staff there anyway at reception so made the check in feel a bit impersonal. Staff was helpful when we had requests.

Room had good views of Umeda from 17th floor. Men's baths are being retired so not available. Check out at 12 means check-ins not till around 3. Across road from Fukushima station so easy walk with bags. Good breakfast mix of western and Japanese buffet. Chef will make you an omelette if you ask.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is reasonably priced and satisfactory. However, the front desk services, especially the payment process, felt a bit inconvenient and not user-friendly. Some improvements in this area would make the overall experience much better.

This room felt big compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. This is so close to the train station, restaurants, and other places of interest while in Osaka.

I don't usually give hotels this bad a review. Yes, the hotel is in a very convenient location, but still, I can't convince myself to believe this is a four-star hotel when the hotel is giving us two-star hotel service. First of all, the facility was very poor ; the private onsen bath was so small that my father couldn't even use it, and the bathroom had very poor ventilation that I found it difficult to breathe after closing the door. Secondly, your staff seemed untrained and had extremely poor English communication and problem-solving skills. When we were checking in, the staff who assisted us told me my reservation was supposed to have two separate beds. He said yes, there are. Afterward, I found out there was only one double bed in the room; it was not as he mentioned , with two separate beds in each room. When I asked him, he said I had ordered three double rooms, so there were no two separate beds. He seemed like an intern who didn't understand English, and the worst part was that no other staff guided him or even tried to help the situation. If he had difficulties understanding English, why didn't he use a translator? To be frank , I am not a native English speaker, but at least I ask and learn if I don 't understand. Even the next day, when I asked the staff about the details of the public onsen, the same thing happened. Again, they didn't understand English but didn't use a translator. In the end, I just took an English onsen handbill myself.

This is a great hotel for a first visit to Osaka. Firstly the train from the airport stops at Fukushima station which is just by the hotel, super convenient. Secondly the hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants. Rooms are small but clean and the breakfast is great.

There were many convenient dining options nearby! Super walkable area with restaurants to explore. The JR station is right outside the hotel which makes getting around very easy. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and very professional, helpful staff. It's clean, well maintained, and offers many ammenities. I was very comfortable and happy with my stay.

The location of the property for train station ease was convieniant. Need to walk a bit to get to less busy, cleaner feel. Breakfast buffet was very average. It was presented nicely but the variety was not great and the eggs were a strange runny texture.

This hotel was a little run down for Japanese standards. The first room we had had leaking toilet and smelled of cigarettes. Second room the carpet was ripped but decided it was better than the other one. And it smelled of cigarettes. The good thing about this hotel was that it had a nice view and the best feature was the natural hot spring water that left my skin soft and smooth. The location was central location to everything.
