The hotel has a cool vibe with games and lots of seating on the main floor to relax. The breakfast buffet was pleasant with a good mix of western style food, eggs, sausages, pastries etc and also included salad, yogurt, as well as rice and related ingredients. There was also a drink bar with coffee, tea, and a variety of juice options. The rooms were clean and well decorated with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and spoke a number of languages including English. There is a laundry with 3 washers and 3 dryers plus a cute gym. Great hotel!

Great vibes at the hotel. Staff helpfully processed an early check in as a mariott bonvoy member so that was very appreciated. Room is compact and smartly designed, enough space for a couple of luggages to be opened up. Has all the amenities you need in the room, comfortable bedding. Didnt try the breakfast so couldn’t comment. Lots of space within the hotel to hang out if you don’t want to be in your room.

Moxy Osaka Umeda delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Moxy hotel anywhere in the world—stylish, fun, and comfortable. My room was on a high floor, amazing view of the city, especially at night. Good breakfast with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. The hotel is not too far from public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and were able to help when my door key stopped working. One of the lifts had a disco mirror ball which was cool. Didn't use the laundry service, but there are self-service machine which look useful.

I was Greeted at the Hotel by the Manager Mai and her Team full of smiles and Great Energy !! Just what you need after an exhausting day of travel before I arrived at the property, I had an AMAZING STAY, The Hospitality was FIRST CLAS. Perfect Osaka hotel

Really comfortable and well located! We were on our honeymoon, and they gave us additional drink tickets to celebrate. If you’re going to the World Expo, the location is great — it’s in a chiller part of Osaka and not far from the expo site. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were great! Highly recommend staying here.

Comfy, lively and friendly

The vibe of the property is lively and you have plenty of room at lobby to hang out. The staffs were super friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Although the space is limited but was sufficient. The breakfast was ok, not crazy a lot items but good quality.

Lovely stay at Moxy

We had a lovely stay at Moxy. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay nice. Huge plus for laundry machines. The breakfast has everything you need, but I’ve seen better buffets elsewhere. It worked well for us anyway. Location close enough to Osaka station and Fukushima station is convenient. Will definitely stay here again.
