"The bathroom has super strong urine smells. We mentioned urine smells to the front desk and nothing was done. All rooms are dated and has the grossly smells."

"Cleanliness, staff, room space, residents lounge and especially the bed comfort were great. The only improvement I would recommend is the number of washers and dryers available. Drycleaning is available, but at a cost. I would stay at a Citadines hotel again."
