"We were honestly blown away by how much we loved this hotel — it was even better than we expected. Everything was clean as a whistle, the beds were super comfortable, and having a bidet in the room was such a nice touch. The free coffee and lattes downstairs were fantastic and became part of our daily routine. The laundry room was spotless and easy to use, which made traveling so much easier. Overall, a great stay and we’d absolutely book here again"

"This hotel stay was the best of our entire trip. The family apartment is so thoughtfully arranged with 2 king singles @ a bunk bed. There is a familymart convenience store underneath & the best ramen & rice dishes across the road. Tokyo accomodation can be so small and we were so relieved when we checked into this beautiful property. Yonyon & Ally were so helpful at the front desk, lovely people that are always smiling. They helped us book our luggage to Osaka which was a seamless experience....

"This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to tokyo. Close to the train station to get anywhere in a resonable time. A mall across the street. Places to eat all around. We couldn't have asked for anything else. There is a ambulance nearby if you are really sensative to sound. We were exhausted everyday from walking and shopping around that we basically didn't notice it. If you are needing somewhere calm to stay but able to go into the city this is your spot. Will be staying again on my next...

"Check in - smooth and quick. staff spoke English and answered all our questions.
Room (deluxe twin) - spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows too soft (flattens out).
Laundry, microwave, ice machine, vending machine available as shared facilities.
Overall appearance of hotel - clean, well maintained. Perhaps hallways can use a fresh coat of paint/new wallpaper but not a deal breaker.
Breakfast - more western cuisine leaning, highlights were salad bar and soft serve ice cream.
Location -...
