While some holiday rentals can feel sparse and functional, in contrast it is obvious that a lot of thought and care has been put into making the cottage feel like a home. The kitchen is well stocked with decent cookware and crockery making cooking easy and pleasant. Having use of a washer and dryer was a huge help. The entire property was spotless. "A real hidden jem in a small village with lots of facilities. Opposite the Castle and duck pond. Not far to lots of tourist hotspots and when you get back plenty of free parking.
Its an old building with creaking floorboards but that odds to the charm."

Although it's a small market town, there are great eateries and bars, including Tams Noodle Bar (Thai food), Knock & Snitch (Cocktails) and The Townhouse for a great Sunday Roast.
