Overall very good. Lock on bathroom was broken and shower water pressure was quite low. Everything else was very good value for money

Lord Elgin Hotel
The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. When we pulled up to the hotel the Vallet parking gentleman was very very helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again should we stay in Ottawa.

The staff were great! Friendly and responsive. The pool and weight room was well equipped. The building beautiful and rich with history.
