"The room we first got was dirty with used tissue, garbage, brown stains on the floor. Then front desk staff was very nice and apologetic and gave us an upgrade to the executive room. But the room had a broken, missing parts soap/shampoo dispenser and no hand soaps, stains on towel and bed sheet."
