"Nous avons eu la chance de tomber en période creuse, le personnel il était disponible, nous avons eu une chambre visiblement rénovée L'environnement est effectivement très bruyant, mais ce n'est pas le seul hôtel de ce standing à être au bord d'une route. Cette manie des Marocains de klaxonner pour tout et pour rien n'aide pas Deux restaurants, un l'international que nous n'avons pas testé et un restaurant marocain à recommander. "Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "

"Experience was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, great staff, delicious breakfast. Only issue is people will try to direct you into parking spots or garages. Your vehicle will be safe but its a hustle for money. There is a garage right next to the hotel that is less money. If I'm in Fes again I will definitely be coming back. "

"The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will."

"Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not. "

Also, as is true for most riads in the Medina, one would have to be picked at the nearest car access and be transported by luggage service to the Riad itself.
