"This is a beautiful place. super close to the pier and a gorgeous view. Lots of nearby restaurants, beautiful area. Only negative for us was that the walls seem to be pretty thin. You can hear people closing doors and walking up and down stairs easily. "

"It’s centrally located in San Clemente and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s an older property but rooms are renovated and clean. I was visiting family that lives nearby so i didn’t need a lot of amenities but it’s close to the freeway so you will hear some noise. "

"Always loved staying at Surfbreak very welcoming staff and accommodating! Especially the property manager Julie who is very understanding and welcoming! Parking is good and free, the breakfast at SC cafe is chefs kiss and location of this place is good! It’s nearby me and my partners favourite places such as the beach which is at least less than 5 mins away and our favourite local burrito place. Will definitely come back. Keep it up surfbreak! "
