"We did not receive any correct check-in information, and the owner of the property was not reachable. I had to call Expedia. While the staffs at Expedia were very helpful, they couldn't reach the owner either. After three hours of calling, Expedia was finally able to find alternative accommodation for us. Unfortunately, this made the experience with this facility very unpleasant and I would not recommend this place."

"Good value, and nice to have a kitchen. The fittings are fairly new, and everything worked well. There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). My studio was on Cowley road. Despite being on the third floor, it was quite noisy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, and my visit coincided with a heat wave, making sleep difficult. "Manu is a very friendly and helpful host! The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease. Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We had a great time in this property, which is described accurately on the site. It is located a bit outside Oxford, but within walking distance (40 min brisk walk). You can also use the wheels in Oxford (scooters mostly available) and the X3 bus was very convenient. The reason why I docked marks is because I found the processes associated with the property stressful. Now I have been through it, I would book again. Check-in is process heavy compared to a hotel and you have to pay a £250...

"Nice location but the key are not easy to find!"

"I booked this property six months in advance, and ten days prior to my trip, Expedia called me to tell me that the property was no longer bookable, and rebooked me into a much less desirable property (at a higher price at Expedia's expense). All the while, before and after, I was getting messages through Expedia from the property giving instructions about how to check in, how to handle parking, if I was enjoying my stay. It was clear that everything about the property was on autodrive. I would...

"Excellent location, great apartment with secure parking. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend."
