"The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. "

"Negatives: Our room was dingy, outdated, and not cleaned as expected. The doorknob/door didn’t work right and there were almost no plug-ins in the room. The pool/hot tub area was outdated (lots of rust) and had a very strong chlorine smell. Every time we went to the pool there were no towels. It could be hard to get help as staff weren’t regularly at the front desk. Mini-golf was dilapidated and best for very young children. Positives: Price was great, continental breakfast was good, great location, nice staff, ample parking, and the lobby was very queen. Overall: It’s fine for one night stays but I wouldn’t recommend it long term. "

"Breakfast had a nice variety but nothing was hot. Room had a “sofa bed” that we needed to use but it did not fold out to a bed so I ended up sleeping on a couch instead of a bed. Several of us tried to figure it out but didn’t see how it classified as a sofa Bed. Staff were pleasant and helpful"

"We checked in at 4 and received our keys to the room. We left for the evening around 8p to do some star gazing with our telescope (the reason we went on the trip). When we returned my teenage son noticed a bag hidden under the door mat that contained 2 room keys. I assumed this was a previous occupant possibly leaving out keys for a family member to access the room. I assured my family the keys would have been reset between new occupancy. However when we tried the keys they did open and provide access to the room. We did not request any additional keys and this situation concerned my family enough that they did not feel comfortable spending the night. It was too late in the evening and the office was closed so we were not able to report the concern. We ended up ending our trip early and driving back home that night. I tried to call to check out and no one answered. I left a message and have not heard back. "

"First got there hair in the bed garbage left in corners the beds were not comfortable at all. Windows dirty couldn’t see out. Breakfast was ok card keys wouldn’t always work kept going to front desk to change them. Probably won’t stay there again."

"Family friendly, comfortable no frills rooms. A bit dated, but rooms were large and a full kitchen."

"Office staff was great, pool was great, little cold but y'know it's a pool lol They were fast to fix the shower that sprayed the ceiling, that was nice. But the toilet backed up, and I told the staff that was outside my room, and they brought me a plunger to do it myself. I didn't want to be responsible for it if something went wrong, that was bizarre to me. The heater seemed to only blow room temp air, not hot air so I called for extra blankets, and they brought them very fast so that was great. They did their best with what they had for breakfast. They dealt with a lot of Karen's from what I seen myself. So aside from being told to plunge it myself (only number one in there, no number two lol) and a cold heater, it was a good stay. The office staff was a good chat and helpful with everything we needed, and was great at keeping up with breakfast rushes and pool needs etc. I'll stay there again :) and we saw deer from our window in the mornings"
