"Beautiful location, incredible spa, and Diamond Club certainly worth it. The restaurants are okay, nothing special, but overall the resort is great. We went for skiing, but definitely plan to make another trip during summer season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for taking our toddler."

"We arrived at the hotel with 4 adults and 4 children and the whole point was so the kids could swim together before some of flew back to Florida, but when we arrived, we found out the pool was down for maintenance. Alma and Shar were INCREDIBLE and immediately offered to shuttle us to a partner hotel to let the kids swim and we were incredibly thankful! We’ve stayed at many hotels all over the world and have never had as amazing service and kindness as what they’ve both provided! Thank you!...
