"Beautiful location, incredible spa, and Diamond Club certainly worth it. The restaurants are okay, nothing special, but overall the resort is great. We went for skiing, but definitely plan to make another trip during summer season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for taking our toddler."

"Staff were a bit standoff ish. And dining experience was poor. They were friendly at dinner but food was awful. Breakfast they were rude told us oven was broken and then as were leaving said to the guests in line who heard that the ovens were fine. "

"Great stay, however, the pillows are really overstuffed , never had an experience where they were so puffy to the point of not usable. The property might need reorder pillows, as a guest , I’d bring your own. "

"Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und hat angenehm gerochen. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch ansprechend und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage zur Space Needle und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten war wirklich sehr gut. Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab frisches Obst und ein paar andere Sachen - war typisch amerikanisch. "

So I messaged them and asked them if they could please leave the heater on and they did and it was wonderful!
