The outdoor pool and garden area in the centre of the hotel are quite beautiful and much appreciated by families and others wanting a cool space. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. It has a hostel-feel to it and is community oriented. It is not updated. The staff are very kind and accommodating. "La premiere chambre etait plein de champignons au mur a cote du lit.Il y avait pas d'autre de disponible dans un mellleur etat.Le lendemain on a reussi a avoir une meilleur chambre.Le petit dejeuner etait tres simple et les toasts etaient pas toster.pas de fruit ,pas fe jus et un petit cafe.pas salle a manger.Ils l'apporter a 7h30 du matin.sans cabaret.a la chambre.La seule chose que je peut dire de positif est le personnel et la gerente tres gentils.merci."
