"We were Particularly impressed with one member of staff, Fatima at the reception desk. We arrived one hour early for check in. As our room as not yet ready she gave us a key to the lounge and then when time walked our key over to us in the lounge. Fantastic, the best check in ever! We had a large well equipped fifth floor room. Quiet and so convenient for the shops and of course trains. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. Thank you! "
