"Posizione ottima, struttura nuova e pulita"

"Wonderful family run hotel in the center of Padova."

"I enjoyed m6 stay, staff was friendly breakfast was delicious."

"Great location & very clean rooms ! Open your outside door and there are the gondolas passing by ! Great way to start the day!"

"The hotel is in a medieval building just 5 minutes from the transport hub of Piazzale Roma. Reception is up a steep stone staircase, but the Receptionist was happy to help. Room was small but contained everything needed. Breakfast was great, and served by a really lovely lady. I'd stay there again if I return to Venice"

"Lovely property in a great location. The staff were very helpful"

"The room was clean, it was quiet, and quite spacious! Delicious pastries at breakfast to boot, and a great location in Venice. Would love to stay again if we return!"

"Good luck if the front desk isn’t staffed. Oh yeah, it never is! What’s worse is the property is located across a small canal from the fish market. It stinks like rotting fish 24/7. Also, the fishermen arrive before 5:00 AM to drop off and then carve up the fish. The only things louder than them are the gulls! Finally, no effective curtains or blackouts means the sun will have you up by 6:00 if you manage to sleep through the rest."

"Great location"

Clim ok. Hôtel merveilleusement bien situé"

"Standard small room with private bathroom. No king bed as advertised. Perfect location as water bus right outside front door. Although there is a lift you will have to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage. 24 hour staff very friendly and helpful."
