"Roaches everywhere, bedding not washed room dirty, mold on restrooms shower curtains. Mattresses had big low spots, comforter stained. Rooms not up to code"

"Overall stay was ok. Location was great and room was clean. However we were only given 2 towels for the whole 3 night stay. We had to buy towels since we were leaving early and returning to late to ask for more. Then wifi didnt work and we werent able to check in till an hour after check in time."

I had limited interaction with the staff, as the only person I encountered was the check-in receptionist, so I cant comment on the staff. "Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The pool and gym are very nice as well. Clean and tidy. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the mattresses. They had not so clean sheets when we arrived they had a smell. We told front desk and they changed them. Also communication to the front desk is bad. They never answer. But honestly is a good hotel with good breakfast and location. Id stay there again "
