"Here’s the list: Inoperable pool. Broken ice machine. A mold odor present throughout the property. Multiple areas of the property missing ceiling tiles with exposed pipes. A big leak with buckets to catch water right in from the dining area for breakfast. We didn’t even bother with the comp breakfast. But the worst? Paying extra for a room with a couch and not having the room type due to “unavailability” - female front desk clear. Easily the worst stay I’ve ever had at a LaQuinta. Not sure if...

"The key didn’t work, toilet did not flush and there was mold in the bathroom. All in all the stay was unacceptable. Now keep in mind that this was not the first time that I have stayed at this place and that time was acceptable. Maybe new owners but I will not be going to this place again"

"Beautiful gated hotel right on the beach. It has beach access but there is a big ol mound of soft sand you have to climb to get there, I imagine it could cause trouble for elderly or handycap. Other than that the property is amazing."

"Play needs a major renovation , carpets are filthy in the hallways, I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on the pullout bed, beach access is OK. The outdoor bar is pretty cool. Other than that I don’t think I’ll ever go back."

"Einmal und nie wieder ! Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das erste Zimmer roch nach altem Teppich, nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken und in der Wanne waren total verstopft. Dies meldete ich auch und es wurde auch sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber da wir schon alles ausgepackt hatten und es auch schon spät war, verzichteten wir an diesem Abend darauf. "The internet didn't work in our room (only slightly in the hallway). The TV and phone didn't work either. The sheets had stains and cigarette holes. The mattresses were very cheap and uncomfortable. When we pulled out the couch bed, there was no way to get to the bathroom so we had to move furniture. The woman working the front desk (9pm) was working so hard handling many tasks but still friendly. They may be understaffed. I needed to work on this trip and was unable to because of the internet...
