"This newly opened hotel is beautifully decorated and the restaurant is spectacular. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with updated accessories. I stayed 3 nights over the weekend. The first night was noisy as I had a family above my room. The next 2 nights were comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this place and surrounding area. Safe and walking accessible to many stores and shops. "

"Was exactly what I needed for a solo bday trip to the area. Minimal, friendly, clean. Didn’t mind that it’s obvious the place has been there a while. The parking lot has a huge pothole, which isn’t great. Just drive around it and be grateful for the great price and nature at your doorstep."

You have to manage expectations because this isn't an ultra modern hotel with a restaurant, bar workout facilities, etc. However if you love history, antiques and the charm of a very unique stay, Light Horse Inn is for you. "Lily Garden Bed & Breakfast was lovely! Breakfast was delicious, decor was amazing, and the property was safe, quiet, and clean. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Harpers Ferry. Only about 10 minutes walk from the main part of the historic district. The host was absolutely wonderful, communicative, and friendly."
