"We stayed overnight and had a pleasant experience. Gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and kind. Room was modern and somewhat clean. The floor was clearly not washed and I did pull out 2 hairs out of my bedding but I can’t complain as the location was perfect and there was not a lot of options in the Stanford/orlando airport area. I would definitely come back! "

"I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms dirty. Like I’ve mentioned earlier, thankfully the young men at the desk without hesitation got us a refund fast. Definitely DO NOT recommend! "

"The room was clean at check in. That was the only time it was clean. I got back to my room the first night and was locked out. I had to get a new key. The following night, the same thing. The man at the desk said there was a "note" on our account. He said the maid said our room was too dirty and smelly so she didn't want to clean it, I guess. The man at the desk verified that our room wasnt bad and shouldn't have been an issue. I told him if the room does smell its because the trash with my son's dirty diapers hadn't been emptied since we checked in (2 days prior). I had to request new bedding and put it on myself because the maid wouldn't do it. The only pleasant experience was with the front desk employee on Friday night."
