Khách sạn gần Kim Tự Tháp tại Astana

"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. "The property was great. The only problem being the television only had YouTube."

"Staff was very kind. Spa was under repair. Stay was fine. Breakfast and room basic - aged hotel. Nothing special, fine for brief stay. Good location."

"Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast."

"The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked."

"I hope the housekeeping able look at the doorplate to know the guests need clean the room or not. And need check the room is enough shampoo and shower gel."

"Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Baiterek!"

"So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return...

"カプセルのファンが1つ壊れていた。部屋を変えてくれと言ったが、満室で変えられないと言われた。"

"Enjoyed our stay. Good location for visiting our friends. Breakfast was simple and bottomless. Very helpful staff."

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"
