"Music was playing from the hotel lobby until 2AM and we were on the 7th floor. We were unable to go to sleep because of this. I called the front desk and the staff said they had no control over the volume of the music for their guests."

"We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "

"This room gives me creepy movie vibes, bed mattress was sunk in , rusted tub/shower, curtains barely hanging on. Just was able to get 3/4 hours of sleep because of the vibe of the hotel ! Book at your own risk "

"My family arrived on the later side of the evening. We were exhausted from traveling and wanted nothing more than to get some sleep. Unfortunately, they gave us a room on the first floor. Close enough to the lobby that we heard every kid crying, family talking, door closing like it was in our room. The walls are THIN. The worst part of the stay was the beds. They were HARD and uncomfortable. I might as well have slept on the floor. Even the kids were complaining the next day that they were sore...
