"Building need improvements."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"The room was spacious and clean. My only complaints are about the bathroom. The toilet paper was very thin. They could get better quality and people wouldn’t use as much. Also the bathroom light automatically turn on the fan. Not great when you go at night and wake up your spouse. These are small grievances and overall this is a great place to stay while on The Island."

"The peep hole in our door was missing, giving you a clear view into the room. The floor in the room was sticky in places and clearly had not been swept. A little over an hour before check out time we got on the elevator with a member of house keeping and was asked what room we were in and when we were “getting out”. I can forgive the coffee machine being broken at breakfast but the rest…100% avoidable"

"The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly friendly, which is why my family has made staying here an annual Memorial Day tradition. Unfortunately, the building is visibly degrading and urgently needs a remodel. During our recent stay, the elevator failed twice—the doors closed, but it stalled completely for about four minutes before finally moving. "Hotel staff called us about 6 times telling us there were complaints about people jumping in the room. It was only my husband and I, and he fell asleep as soon as we got there. The room next to us had several kids and you can hear them jump. I told staff that when they called; however they still kept calling us. Instead of them going to the room next door they harassed my husband and me."

"Device was great I booked through Expedia and didn’t have a check in until 4 pm but need it earlier and the front desk staff was able to help me get my room at 12:30 now that’s what I call great customer service! So so thankful for this company and its services and great staff. I think the lady was named Jeriquanna. Young black lady!"

"I liked how friendly and nice the staff was. I didn’t like that one of the eyes on my stove in the kitchen area wasn’t working. I didn’t like that the tub was dirty I had to re clean it I didn’t like that it wasn’t as peaceful or quiet as I’d liked it to be"
