"This was a very nice stay with an excellent cleaning staff and a customer service phone staff that helped me get checked in. Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025. The property was spectacular in every way, but the check in experience makes it highly unlikely I would stay at Jaxon again. The property lacks a front desk and requires technology expertise by the customer. As I was unloading my car another arriving guest was frustrated trying to check in even with her smart phone. Luckily Achillia the housekeeper was still there and helped her also. Please fix your check in procedures for us old flip phone users as the hotel was the nicest of all the ones we stayed in during the entire weeks' vacation."

"I am writing to formally document and share my experience during a 14-day stay at InTown Suites Extended Stay West Palm Beach, which was deeply unsatisfactory and warrants immediate attention from management. Due to an emergency situation, we had limited lodging options and were required to remain at this property for an extended period. Unfortunately, the conditions we experienced throughout our stay were unacceptable. At check-in, we were informed that because we had a service dog, we were required to stay in a specific room designated for guests with dogs. This practice raises serious concerns regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals are not classified as pets, and restricting guests to certain rooms on this basis is inappropriate and potentially discriminatory. Additionally, the room presented ongoing sanitation issues. We encountered well over a dozen roaches during our stay, despite maintaining a clean environment with no food debris. This indicates a larger pest control issue that was not properly addressed and made the room unsuitable for occupancy. Furthermore, the condition of the property does not align with the images and representations provided online. The advertising is misleading and does not accurately reflect the actual state of the accommodations.Given the length of our stay and the conditions we were required to endure, this experience fell significantly below any reasonable standard of hospitality."

"My bathroom was a mess. The toilet was leaking water. Maintenance went and fixed it. The problem wasn’t fixed, it was still leaking water. I had to call the front desk two more times to send someone to fix it. Then the water wasn’t draining in the tub. Maintenance had to come again to fix it. It was not unclogged all the way. The bathroom floor and the entrance inside the room was dirty. The worst experience I had from staying at an hotel. The front desk staff were really nice and professional."

"We had a great time at the Belgrove resort and spa, no need to leave the hotel because they have a restaurant with good drinks and the best salmon ! If you sit outside you get a lovely view. The room itself was comfortable and upscale with a nice patio and room service was fast. The Tangar place has alot of stores to shop with the family not even 10 minutes away! Overall great experience and wish we had a longer stay !!"
