"When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. I declined because that was not what I had reserved or paid for. He then called the assistant manager on duty. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, did not answer my...

"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s very family-friendly, and I really appreciated that it’s a smoke-free environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a little issue during my stay, but Ms. Ethel was able to accommodate me at the last minute, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Pool was good. Rooms didn't feel crowded."

"Property was disgusting. Broken table, dirty couch and chairs, floors were dirty, stuff on walls and on tub, and there were bugs in our room,"

"This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. This hotel looks like a hotel that you would only come to have an affair because the rooms smell of smoke even though they say non smoking room. Let’s not even talk about the night staff that was present when I arrived. Actually yes let talk about it. So when I arrived at my room I put my two daughters in the room for bed because it was late. I went to my car and came back freaking out because the door was open when I got back and I thought for...

"This was an exceptional stay! We loved everything about this property. We received our code early to check in and it was a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. It’s a beautiful property and only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are walkable. The property has a pool, cornhole, shuffleboard, bike rental, beach chairs, laundry room and they sell bags of ice, popsicles and ice cream bars. The outdoor chairs were so comfortable for sunbathing. We would love to stay here again if we...

"Truly a great stay"

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. Très bel hôtel avec la végétation, sa décoration et sa piscine. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très bonne. Maddie, qui nous a accueillis, a été super. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner mais dans la cuisine, tout est à disposition, et ce toute la journée."

"Great stay at the palm rose. Property was just renovated so rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend."

"Amazing property and staff."

"love everything"
