"All good
They just need to keep an eye on people reserving sun beds and not using them till like 4/5 hours later from when they put the towels down
We watched one couple put towels down at 10am and. It go on the bed till like 3.30
Shocking
It needs to be looked at"

"A good, clean, and reputable hotel right on the beach in Palma. We were traveling with two children under the age of 4. The only thing that put a sour taste in my mouth was that due to the messiness of our room from our kids (toys scattered everywhere, crumbs), the hotel left a notice in our room threatening that our room would not be cleaned because of this. We have stayed in many hotels with our young kiddos and never received something like that despite our kids creating messes in the room....

"The staff member on when we arrived was unfriendly and we arrived late at night.
They also didnt ask where we were from and assumed we were German. The pool doesnt open till 10 and you couldn't get a coffee till much later in the day..didn't have a lot ice creams and this meant had to leave hotel to go get a coffee.
Sometimes they put bean bags out and other times they didnt and inconsistent.
Key card didnt work and not allowing guest to fill bottles with water and instead use a glass isn't...

"Location is close to the airport and we only spent one night before flying out early the next morning. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to airport, looked like would be good distance to get to other activities, but we didn't spend much time there. Parking was only issue as is primarily street parking."
