"We spent a week at the Hyatt Ziva in San Jose. Upon check in there were a few mishaps (broken toilet, tools left in our bathroom, however the managers were very accommodating and helpful. Big shout out to managers, Hugo & David, they were amazing. The grounds are clean and the staff were all very kind. The club area was a nice and Marcos was always there to great is with a big smile and our favorite drinks. We opted for a cabana to stay out of the heat and it was lovely. "We loved that there was something for everyone(different ages) to do. We loved the RIU parties and super enjoyed the shows. We didn’t like that the restaurants closed by 9:30 but we were not allowed in anymore at 9:15pm."

"The hotel, food, staff, transportation, and privileges at other resorts (Rosé) were great. Tazuna, the sushi restaurant was delicious. Market (with unlimited gelato every day) was the kids' favorite. Poolside ceviche was heaven. You can't swim at the beach here, but the 5 different pool areas made up for it and also the shuttle to the Rosé was awesome. The free use of the facilities, beaches, and restaurants over there were an extra perk. We would definitely stay again!"
