"Pros: The staff is very nice. The massage was good but overpriced. Cons: I have stayed at many resorts. This was by far the absolute worse. Most resorts provide entertainment. They had bingo, a movie and Monday night football. There were absolutely no shows. They encourage you to use the app for Hyatt, but little to no entertainment display on the app. The food had limited options and absolutely no flavor. The market cafe was tolerable for breakfast.
