I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. "The room smelled like mildew and marijuana even though i purchased a nonsmoking room. When i got into the bed at the end of the night i discovered the bed was broken, it was falling In. I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed. Then when i went to talk to the Manager he was extremely nasty to me for no reason and told me if i keep talking he will not come check out...

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."
