"The staff was super friendly, but the place is dirty and not well kept up. The people in the room next to me,had two barking dogs that kept me up half the night. Apparently they’re OK with that. I felt dirty when I left there. No way in hell would I stay there again."

"The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone."

"Bathroom had red stains on sink, wall and tub. Linoleum floor had cracks and the walls had peeling spots. Bed and tv were ok. Weird layout where we had to go down a flight of stairs then back up to get to our room. Had laundry that worked fine but one washer was out of commission. It closed at 10 pm. $3 for washer and for dryer."

"The staff was so sweet and helpful I hate giving this place a bad review but it was dirty and not well maintained. I wish I had taken pictures but I didn’t. Our room was very outdated the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was chipped and scuffed, the floors were filthy. There was a large blood stain on the wall paper by the toilet. There are a lot of rooms in this place so I imagine upkeep is tough. It was a last minute booking and we were exhausted. There were ants and termites swarming the eating...

"Upon arrival front desk was just OK...then I was made to read 5 pages of things I had to do or pay for it...in other words if I did not report broken items in the room it could be my responsibility for it's repair etc. 5 pages as it went on and on. Got my keys, went to the room...won't open door, back to desk, redo keys, won't open door...mind you, I am 80 and they put us in their satellite section because we have a dog...down two flights of stairs to the depth of this building...one window so...

"Clean, no thrills, good for a 1-2 night stay, not really great for long term. Simple things like no where to hang clothes and suitable ironing board weren't provided."

"It’s really hard to beat this hotel if you’re going to Bremerton, especially by ferry. It’s a short walk to the ferry terminal, buses, bars, restaurants and parks. With great sculpture and fountains! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected. If only they had a pool! But that would likely drive up the price."

"My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...
