"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

"Hard to give my normal 5 stars due to most of the common areas in the process of upgrades and renovations. Despite this and the mess that goes with it, this is one of my favorite hotels to stay in! Staff are amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable, views are gorgeous and breakfast is like dining in a restaurant. So much good food, spotlessly clean and a beautiful water view! Location is close to everything in Silverdale. I recommend this hotel 100% and look forward to staying again when...

"the front desk charged me for a larger room, saying the rooms we booked were all full (?), then got aggressive when questioned. the rooms themselves were dirty, with toilet paper stuffed into a hole in the bathroom wall, streaky paint, and stained comforters. additionally, we had to call three numbers listed on the front door to get service, and when we finally got someone to answer, they were extremely unprofessional and asked several very personal questions. we would absolutely avoid this...
