"The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!"

"It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point."

"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful.
Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many.
Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones.
Wifi doesn't work properly.
We were not all inclusive so we tried different rest, and overall was okay but not as we excepted it .

"Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice! "Yes this was a very clean property the pool area was clean and a pretty set up.the rooms were also clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing all you can eat good hot meal and coffee. Staff is very nice. Management works with you with any issue until you’re happy. The area is a walking distance to all the restaurants , overall we had a wonderful stay. The beach was a plus they take you anytime you wish it’s few minutes away. The restaurants are very expensive to eat take extra cash. Hahaha 😂"

"I can't say enough good things about Manchebo. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms are very clean. The restaurant and bar/lunch areas are open to the environment with nice breezes and great views of the beach. The beach itself is excellent with clean white sand, enough thatch umbrellas for all the guests and is was not at all crowded during our end of June stay. Food and drink service on the beach is also excellent. Swimming is good too with aqua water...
