"Hotel had bar and breakfast, which was good. The place had a dog smell when I first arrived, but was better in the evening. Some tiles on the room floor need to be replaced. I expected better for that price."

"I booked a single (1 twin bed) room, but was given a spacious room with a king bed. I believe occupancy was low. I was disappointed that the airport shuttle had very limited hours, which was not revealed until after booking. I was able to take the shuttle to the airport, but had to get a cab from the airport. The shuttle driver dropped me (the only passenger) at the wrong end of the departure zone, near the doors that were closed because of renovations or something. I'm sure he did it for...

"The location was excellent and apartment was very spacious. It was clean but a little tired and worn in places. We had breakfast included and it was really lovely and lots of tables available every morning. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooftop pool and gym were also good but work was being done so the toilets/ bathroom up there was out of service. "Place was great. The rooftop and gym was especially nice. The restaurant food was actually fantastic—best hotel food I’ve had. My only small complaint regarded the location and transit options, which were limited. The train, which was a 15 minute walk away, was unreliable and broken down on our first day, but it operated relatively fine after that. Thank you to the staff, we appreciate your accommodation."

The lobby coffee shop was excellent. The concierge staff ( Valerie) was excellent and helpful. Overall, a great place for overseas visitors. Location is good and property is well run. The gym was okay ( could use more ventilation) !"
