"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. "We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. "We stayed over for 2 nights as it was just down road from a wedding we went to.
Very handy.
Great pub nx door.
Just off service stop so other food options.
Had to wait for a while to get booked in as it’s the same staff as pub,and they were busy with customers in bar and restaurant.
Other than that it was comfortable and clean.

The parking was easy, right outside the door, although it was during a quiet time for the hotel.

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

"Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. "
