"I must say… I was disappointed. I thought if I paid for a name like ‘Holiday Inn’ it would somehow be of a good standard…how wrong I was! When I saw my room (on the ground floor) the first thing I noticed was that it was not clean. "Everything was wonderful with the exception of no air-conditioning or fans. Of course it was an unusual heat wave, but it would’ve made it a lot more comfortable. A small fridge would’ve been nice as well so we could keep our drinks cool. But the pub was great. breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful time."

"The inside room had no aircon and just had a desktop fan. It was 33 degrees inside the room. We had to keave tbe room door open to get some cool air in. The staff member said he could not move us as tbe hotel was fully booked, but you could book a room online. There wasnt even a bar of soap in the bathroom. The shower poured water onto tbe taps and floor, I have sent this to Britania Hotels. Even after sweating so much the bed was soaked, we couldnt shower. By far, the worst hotel I have ever...

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure."

"Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."
