"We stayed here for one night to celebrate our recent marriage. Giant hotel- took us a long time to get to our room but we loved the quietness and privacy of our room. Beautiful hotel and property, friendly staff and the McDonald’s “Easter eggs” were fun to find. We will hopefully be back soon to explore and enjoy this property and all its amenities!"

"Just ok. Baseboards and stairwell stairs need some attention."

"Parking was kinda limited I think I had got the last open spot. The 'breakfast' they serve was unavailable and on top of that they really only serve it when they want to. The 'indoor' pool You actually have to walk outside in the parking lot to get back to your room so don't go if it's cold. Some of the places in the area can get rude so beware of that if you plan on getting food nearby as well"

"The room stunk so bad I couldn’t sleep!!! It was an old musty carpet smell. I even tried to spray Lysol but it only helped for about 5 minutes. I told the gentleman at the front desk and all he had to say was sorry I will tell my manager. Do not stay at this hotel it was truly gross!!!"

"Good clean hotel, friendly staff, coffee shop and restaurant on site. Surprise parking charge which is annoying. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told before booking. Transparency goes a long way"

"The pictures on the website looks like a normal hotel but it’s a hook up. Hotel was filthy. The entire room smells of cleaning chemicals. It was awful."

"Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to check in at 1pm, but they let the people before us stay past 2pm. I had 6 people on my reservation, the booking said it slept 6 people. It didn’t. It slept 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed, which only sleeps 1. We were already down a bed. Extra linens were requested and never gave. I had to check in at 12am, and when I got into the room, the ceiling was falling in and water was running from the ceiling in multiple spots. The lady at the desk was going to do nothing about it and make us leave because we couldn’t stay. I said I needed a room, she gave me keys to a room that was apparently closed for maintenance, and the room keys didn’t work. I went back down, she gave me new keys, and the keys still didn’t work. Then as I’m going back down again, someone comes out of the room she was trying to give us to move into. Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful. Ended up having to drive all the way to northern Michigan through the night because we had nowhere to stay. This hotel should not be allowed to operate. "
