"Enjoyed my stay"

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"The room was pleasant. Nice variety of good, but the omelets were not appetizing and the bacon was greasy. Also, the trash bin was full."

"Best room when you arent planning to stay inside most of your stay. The bed was super comfy. They give you a white noise machine which helped me a lot since I cant stand sleeping in silence. The only issue was the long check in— not the staff member’s fault. Super close to the subway."

"I was given a room when i arrive it had roaches on the bed and i noticed the heater was on so all roaches would come out. Therefore i go down to the receptionist James he says i can get refund for my room since there is no more rooms available. And then they claim he was not the manager to provide such information when I disputed the charge. Yet they fought back somehow for this charge after i have video footage of the roaches"

"Overall my stay was good, location was nice walk to the main downtown area, hotel and room was very clean, breakfast wasn’t bad. Didn’t appreciate the price of $40 per day for parking, luckily we found street parking. Staff were friendly."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"This is a great area to stay when visiting NYC - lovely comfortable room and bed and lots of great local bars and restaurants to try out (not manhattan prices!) 10mins walk to the NYC ferry that takes you to Wall St - Pier 11 in 10mins - fantastic service. Loved this hotel and the area and highly recommended it."

"Not bad! It served its purpose. The only thing I didn’t like was the hallways were too warm and there’s only one elevator. Staff was kind, they give you a little doggy bag breakfast. If you don’t plan on staying in the room for long and on budget to lay your head at night. They would be your go to."

"The property is near my daughter, so I would be glad to stay there again. The location was good and everything was clean. Some of the cleaning chemicals were pungent, and that needs to be addressed. Also, the breakfast cut too many corners on quality. Still, I'd do it again."

"Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options,...

"Review is written from viewpoint of a super commuter who values price, convenience/proximity to subway, and has a private bathroom. Those boxes are all checked. The neighborhood is great - steps away from Threes Brewery and Nenes Tacqueria among many more restaurants. The hotel is very simple. The room admittedly was very small. Several subway options <10 minute walk. I would stay again. "
